AHA has changed the membership structure to go into effect January 1, 2006.  Here is some important information regarding your upcoming renewal.

*Your new membership will last 1 full year from the month you renew it. Old membership always expired December 31.

*There is still a late fee associated with renewing full and youth members.

*Competition cards are required for individual members who compete, or own horses that compete at AHA recognized shows (class A, regional, national) or AHA awards programs. Contact Alice Dickenson aligator@awesomenet.net or www.ArabianHorses.org for more information.

Not required for the AHA incentive riding programs (OEIP, Frequent rider, competitive distance or community shows).

*Excess Liability Insurance is included only when you purchase a competition card.

*Full members with or with out competition card are eligible to vote and hold office.

*You may purchase a competition card later in the year, as long as you hold a valid full or youth AHA membership.  The competition card will expire at the same time of your AHA membership.

*You may join online for full and youth, but please be sure to let  STAR know so you will be included in the versatility and merit points!
