Dear Arabian and Half
Arabian Breeder;
The Star Futurity is a
great way to promote the Arabian and Half Arabian breed. Our club offers a very
affordable way to do that.
The nomination fee is $15.00 the first year. The two
re-nomination fees for the following two years are $25.00 each and
the last fee for showing your foal is $15.00 (not including show
office fees-this will be additional at the time of show). This will equal a total of
$80.00 over the next three years (if you have paid all fees by the
appropriate dates). The Futurity Classes
are held in April at our annual Spring Celebration Open
Horse Show classes may be combined
by breed if less than two entries in the
class.
The winnings are based on
the number of foals in each of the four classes [(1) fillies, (2)
colts & geldings, & (3) Half Arabians fillies and (4) Half
Arabian colts & geldings].
The more entries we have the more the winnings will be.
Futurity classes will be combined if less
than 2 horses pre enter
the class at the show. Classes will be combined as follows: Purebred
colts and gelding will be combined with purebred fillies and half
Arabian colts and gelding will be combined with half Arabian
fillies.
Star has two shows a
year and $100 from the net profit from each show is added to
the futurity funds that are awarded that year. Futurity winners also
received the plaque shown above.ENTER YOUR MARE IN FOAL
NOW!! If you have a foal on the ground already, it is not to late to
enter that foal; however, the fees will be slightly different. If you are interested in our
